Woodlawn Prep's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Braylon Reed, who scored 14 points. Cole Sinclair was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Prentiss Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Woodlawn Prep, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 17-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Prentiss Christian will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Lamar Christian at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd. Lamar Christian will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive. As for Woodlawn Prep, they will head out on the road to face off against Wilkinson County Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
