Brayden Maksimik gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in May of 2024 on Monday. He didn't allow a single earned run over seven innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Maksimik and Shenandoah Valley will square off against Schuylkill Haven at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Blue Devils have some work to do to even out the 1-9 series between these two since April of 2015, but a win here would be a good start.
