Homedale had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Weiser on Monday. The Trojans were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Wolverines. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won six matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.

Lukas Hall was a standout: he scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-3. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played. Another player making a difference was Boston Ivie, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Homedale always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .538. The last time their OBP was this high was back in March.

Homedale pushed their record up to 13-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Weiser, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10-1.

Homedale will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Wolverines: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
