Tareavion Mageo Has Career-Day on Friday
Starting off the list is White Oak's Tareavion Mageo, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday Mageo rushed for 292 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 13.3 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an incredible 70 yards.
The win (which was White Oak's fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-1. Mageo and White Oak will look to defend their home field on Friday against Dixon at 7:00 p.m.

Simco Came Up Big in Richlands' 42-14 Win
Caleb Simco's big game helped extend Richlands's winning streak to seven on Friday. Simco turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 230 yards on only nine carries, while also throwing for 117 yards on eight of 15 attempts. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
Richlands pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Simco and Richlands will take on West Carteret at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Montez Jimenez Turns in Season-Best Performance
Montez Jimenez produced his most outstanding game to date while leading White Oak to the win on Friday. Jimenez rushed for 85 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries, and also caught a touchdown.
Jimenez and White Oak will host Dixon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Jimenez will face off against JJ Gulat, the Bulldogs' star rusher. Will the match be decided in the trenches? We'll have our answer very soon.

While Croatan might've come up empty on Friday, Andrew Boucher wasn't going down without a fight. Nobody could stop Boucher as he rushed for 45 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 38 receiving yards.
On the season, Boucher has run in 4 touchdowns while averaging 69 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 11.71 rushing yards per game.
