Norwalk won the last time they faced Danbury, and Sawyer Wineman did her part to make sure it happened again. The Truckers came out on top against the Lakers by a score of 2-0 on Saturday for which the team can thank Wineman, who had 14 digs and four aces. Wineman is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 13 every time she's taken the court this season.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Norwalk was: they took both sets by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-15.

Norwalk now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Danbury, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Norwalk didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Elyria Catholic on the 30th. As for Danbury, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Ross on the 30th.
