Destiny Christian Academy lost to Sutter back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Lions put the hurt on the Huskies with a sharp 32-12 victory. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won seven contests by 20 points or more so far this season.

Destiny Christian Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Amara Knowles and Mckayla Fulmer. Fulmer got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Although Sutter took the loss, they still got scores from Audrey Horn and Presley Peyret.

The win made it two in a row for Destiny Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 10-3. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 4-8 Sutter and 4-5 El Camino. As for Sutter, they dropped their record down to 4-8 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Destiny Christian Academy has already played their next game, a 19-0 defeat against Grant on the 26th. As for Sutter, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 6-0 victory against El Camino on the 29th.
