Given Owensboro Catholic's advantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 12th, while Mercy is ranked 94th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Bethlehem sitting on five straight victories and Owensboro Catholic on three. As for Mercy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ballard at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
