Mountainside was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight  loss. They lost  20-1 to the Glendale Prep Academy Griffins.

Mountainside's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Glendale Prep Academy, the  win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-1.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mountainside will welcome Anthem Prep  at 3:30  p.m.  on Friday. The Wolves' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Eagles have averaged an impressive 9.2  runs per game this season. As for Glendale Prep Academy, they will challenge North Valley Christian Academy at 3:45  p.m.  on Friday.
