When it comes to explaining why Greenwood lost, one person who can't be blamed is Tatum Pierce. Despite the final result, he scored 16 points. Pierce scored a full 34% of Greenwood's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Landen Stewart was another key contributor, scoring 8 points.
Plainview's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Greenwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-2.
Plainview's road trip will continue as they head out to face Seminole at 2:00 p.m. on December 2nd. As for Greenwood, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Perryton at 11:00 a.m.
