Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Joseph Academy). They took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 60-8 victory over the Francis Parker Lancers. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Crusaders considering their six-point performance the match before.

St. Joseph Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Francis Parker, they dropped their record down to 1-2 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Joseph Academy will venture away from home to challenge Calvary Chapel at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Francis Parker, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Horizon Prep at 3:30 p.m. on October 3.
