Corner has enjoyed the comforts of home their last four games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will challenge the Carbon Hill Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Meanwhile, Carbon Hill came tearing into Thursday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 58-44 win over Oakman.
Corner's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Carbon Hill, they pushed their record up to 15-5 with that win, which was their seventh straight at home.
Corner opened the new year with a less-than-successful 57-48 loss to Carbon Hill. Can Corner avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
