After both having extra time off, the Rochelle Hornets and the Cherokee Indians will shake off the cobwebs and face off against one another at 7:15 p.m. on February 6th. Rochelle is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.
Last Friday, Rochelle came up short against the Mustangs and fell 46-37.
While Cherokee couldn't quite beat the Mustangs last Tuesday, the two-point margin was a huge improvement compared to the 33-point loss they were dealt back in January. Cherokee fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 47-45. Cherokee has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Rochelle's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Cherokee, they dropped their record down to 4-5 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
