The Livingston Collegiate Academy Wolves's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their seventh straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 87-55 loss at the hands of Lakeshore. Livingston Collegiate Academy has struggled against Lakeshore recently, as their game on Monday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lakeshore to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cole Janssen, who scored 18 points along with five assists and five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Janssen has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Caiden Bickham, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 15 rebounds.
Livingston Collegiate Academy's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Lakeshore, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-10.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Livingston Collegiate Academy will challenge Abramson at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Louisiana (Livingston Collegiate Academy is ranked 324th, while Abramson is ranked 316th). As for Lakeshore, they will head out on the road to face off against Pearl River at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Lakeshore focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Monday.
