Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lake Center Christian). They blew past the Aquinas Knights 26-1 on Monday. The Tiger haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.
Madison Zook and Shelby McCartney were major factors no matter where they played. Throwing, Zook tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, McCartney tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. At the plate, Zook got on base in all five of her plate appearances with four runs, two stolen bases, and four RBI, while McCartney went a perfect 4-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
