A Season-Best  Effort from  Landon Ward Leads Willcox over Palo Verde
 On Friday, Willcox got the W thanks in part to  Landon Ward playing the best football he has all season. Ward rushed for 252 yards and four touchdowns on only seven carries, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an impressive 58 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
 For the season,  Ward  has run in 14 touchdowns while averaging 124.1 rushing yards per game. He's  made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year,  he had four  rushing touchdowns.

Sebastian Lopez Goes Supernova in Bisbee Win
 Bisbee picked up their fifth consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Sebastian Lopez. Lopez was unstoppable, throwing for 255 yards and three touchdowns on only 17 passes, while also rushing for 40 yards. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, forcing a fumble, making eight total tackles,  and defending three passes in addition to snagging   an  interception.
 This season,  Lopez  has thrown 14 touchdowns while averaging 209.4 passing yards per game. He's  made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year,  he had nine  passing touchdowns.

Davis Posts Huge Game in  60-12  Victory
  Flint Davis was instrumental in extending Benson's winning streak to three on Saturday. Davis turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 150 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 65 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
 Benson pushed their record up to 5-3 with the  win, which was their fourth straight  at home. Davis and Benson will stay at home for another  week and welcome Willcox at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Tombstone Wins Third-Straight Thanks to  Jmiah Wallis
  Jmiah Wallis's big game helped extend Tombstone's winning streak to three on Friday. Wallis did his part (and then some), rushing for 148 yards and two touchdowns for the 'W'. He really tore up the turf  during one magnificent 85-yard run.
 Tombstone pushed their record up to 5-3 with the  win, which was their seventh straight  at home dating back to last season. Wallis and Tombstone will take on Bisbee at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

DJ Elias Delivers Best  Performance of Season
  DJ Elias produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Tombstone to the win  on Friday. Elias rushed for 65 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 81 yards and three touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process.incredibly,  Elias got all that yardage with just one huge  run
 For the year,  Elias  has thrown 6 touchdowns while averaging 118 passing yards per game.
