In what's become a running theme this season, East Tech gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Lincoln West 77-42 on the road. With East Tech ahead 52-19 at the half, the game was all but over already.
East Tech's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Chris Simon, who scored 17 points along with seven steals. Simon is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. George Thomas was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds.
Meanwhile, John F. Kennedy pushed their score all the way to 67 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They lost to Glenville on the road by a decisive 83-67 margin. John F. Kennedy has struggled against Glenville recently, as their match on Tuesday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
John F. Kennedy's loss came about despite a quality game from Damarion Logan, who scored 28 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Damairus Logan, who scored 16 points.
East Tech pushed their record up to 7-2 with that win, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.4 points per game. As for John F. Kennedy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
