Foothill scaled the state rankings by moving to 367 from 444 this week, the biggest jump in Eastern. The Cougars were able to move up by besting Shasta 25-24.
Pleasant Valley lost to Chico 55-20 last week, the largest margin of any game.
The Panthers' Clayton Welch and Paolo DiSano led the league in both passing and receiving yards. Welch has thrown for 2,061 yards this season, while DiSano has 43 catches for 632 yards. Enterprise's Isaiah Matthews leads the league in rushing yards with 1,537.
Jonathon Dixon of the Paradise is just 36 yards short of surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the season. In 162 carries Dixon has accumulated 964 yard this year.
The Bobcats are in second place, while Jason Alvistur's team is in fifth place.
Foothill and the Wolves played the most contested game in the league this week, with Foothill eventually emerging with a 25-24 victory.
