Isle of Wight Academy (Isle of Wight, Va.) put an additional 13 points on the board on top of its 49-point lead going into the fourth quarter to beat out Alliance Christian (Portsmouth, Va.) 68-6.

Matt Brummett touchdown run in the first quarter, the Chargers led 55-6 at the half.
A 34-point first quarter set the table for Isle of Wight Academy, which coasted the rest of the way for the victory.
Brandon Saxby was the top performer for IWA. The junior quarterback threw three touchdowns.
Alliance Christian's lone touchdown came on a defensive touchdown in the second quarter.
The Isle of Wight school came in allowing an average of 19.3 points per game this season.
The victory was a step in the right direction for the Chargers, which was coming off a 25-16 defeat at the hands of Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot in its previous game.
Isle of Wight Academy (6-2) will play a non-conference game against Atlantic Shores Christian next week, while Alliance Christian (0-8) will take on Fishburne Military also in a non-conference game.
