Softball Recap: Arkansas Wins Going Away Against El Dorado

Arkansas won the last time they faced El Dorado and things went their way on Friday too. The Arkansas Razorbacks blew past the El Dorado Wildcats 12-1. Considering the Razorbacks have won four contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Nakeyah Davis was a standout: she scored a run and stole Three bases. while going 1-for-3. Another player making a difference was Jordyn Collier, who scored three runs and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-2.

The victory made it two in a row for Arkansas and bumps their season record up to 5-4. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games. As for El Dorado, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Arkansas will challenge Fouke at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for El Dorado, they will head out to challenge Sheridan at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
