Basketball Recap: Randolph Southern Falls Despite Big Games from Brody Sullivan and Noah Allen

Randolph Southern lost against Blue River Valley back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Randolph Southern Rebels lost to the Blue River Valley Vikings on the road by a 57-41 margin. The Rebels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Randolph Southern's loss came despite strong showings from Noah Allen and Brody Sullivan. Allen posted ten points along with seven boards and three steals, while Sullivan scored 11 points and seven rebounds. Allen is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played.

Randolph Southern's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Blue River Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 3-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Randolph Southern will welcome Wapahani at 7:30 p.m. on January 24th. Wapahani will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something Randolph Southern surely won't give up without a fight. As for Blue River Valley, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hagerstown at 7:30 p.m. on January 24th. Hagerstown is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.9 points per game this season.
