Biggs is on a three-game streak of home wins, while Hamilton is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Wolverines will welcome the Braves at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
On Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Biggs beat Williams 27-22.

Biggs didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Cashten Acosta, Dennis Dewhurst, and Hudson Brewer picked up one apiece. Acosta also punched in two rushing touchdowns, which is notable because Biggs is undefeated when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 2-3 otherwise.
Meanwhile, Hamilton took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 56-7 victory over Maxwell. Fans of the Braves have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.
Biggs better keep an eye on Kayden Strong. He was instrumental in Hamilton's win, rushing for 184 yards and four TDs on only 12 carries, while also throwing for 202 yards and four touchdowns on only 18 passes. That's the most rushing touchdowns Strong has posted since back in September of 2024. Another player making a difference was Case Porter, who picked up 131 receiving yards and three scores.
Hamilton's run defense was locked in: Maxwell could only muster 2.8 yards per carry. While three picked up at least seven total tackles, Adam Simson stood above the rest. He picked up a sack and made seven total tackles (2.0 for loss). Hamilton didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 10.3.
Hamilton's defense didn't let Levi Velasquez, get away unscathed either: they got into the backfield for three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Simson, Cesar Leal, and Diego Vasquez, who each picked up one sack apiece.
Biggs' win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Hamilton, their victory bumped their record up to 9-0.
Friday's game might be decided on the ground. Biggs has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 173.2 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Hamilton struggles in that department as they've been averaging 205.7 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's contest turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Biggs couldn't quite finish off Hamilton in their previous meeting back in November of 2024 and fell 18-16. Will the Wolverines have more luck at home instead of on the road? Come back here after the game to get an analysis of the match and other football content.
