High Point Christian Academy got a great performance from Paisley Dixon as she struck out nine batters over 5.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits. Dixon has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season.
On the hitting side, Hailey Allred was a standout: she went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April of 2024. Maci Burkhart also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.

Adison Gardner was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2. Olivia Hochevar was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
High Point Christian Academy's record now sits at 7-3. As for Grace Christian, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-2.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Tuesday. High Point Christian Academy hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 1.1 home runs per game. However, it's not like Grace Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging 0.6 home runs.
