Midland won the last time they faced Big Spring and things went their way on Friday too. The Midland Bulldogs snuck past the Big Spring Steers with a 47-42 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Midland's win bumped their record up to 8-11. As for Big Spring, they dropped their record down to 5-10 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Midland will be taking part in a tournament against Burges at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Big Spring, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Seminole at 2:30 p.m. on December 31st.
