Meanwhile, East Moline United strolled past the Golden Warriors with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 44-29. Given East Moline United's advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 37th, while the Golden Warriors are ranked 160th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Quincy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season. As for East Moline United, their win bumped their record up to 21-5.
