Springtown waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Eagle Mountain Knights a 10-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Porcupines, who have now won seven games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Springtown's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-7-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Eagle Mountain, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-10.

Springtown will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Knights: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
