Softball Recap: Chief Sealth Has No Trouble Against Franklin

Chief Sealth won the last time they faced Franklin and things went their way on Thursday too. The Seahawks blew past the Quakers 19-5. Considering the Seahawks have won seven games by more than 13 runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Chief Sealth now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Franklin, they moved to 7-4 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Chief Sealth is taking a road trip to square off against Liberty at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Franklin will be paying especially close attention to the Seahawks' contest: after the Seahawks face off against the Patriots, they'll take on Franklin again at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
