Tree of Life Christian's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ronald Amoah, who scored nine points along with eight rebounds and four steals. Amoah is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last 14 games he's played. Jesse Kanu was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with two steals.
Tree of Life Christian has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-8 record this season. As for Madison Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 3-17.
Tree of Life Christian will head out on the road to challenge West Jefferson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
