Pennridge hasn't had much luck against North Penn recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Rams will be playing at home against the Knights at 4:00 p.m. Pennridge is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.
Pennridge had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Norristown on Friday. The Rams were the clear victors by a 14-4 margin over the Eagles.
Averi Dockery was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.

In other batting news, Lilly Davies was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four runs, one triple, and one RBI. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jadyn Gulbinski, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run.
Pennridge was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .438. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, North Penn fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Warwick on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 3-2.
Pennridge pushed their record up to 8-7 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.7 runs over those games. As for North Penn, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 5-6.
Pennridge was able to grind out a solid win over North Penn in their previous matchup back in April, winning 6-3. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Knights turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
