After soaring to 41 points the game before, the Martin County Tigers were a bit more limited in their game on Thursday. They took a 14-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of Jensen Beach. Martin County was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Jensen Beach apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2022.
Jackson Williams threw for 32 yards on three of 14 attempts. On the ground, Tony Colebrook rushed for 39 yards.
Among those leading the charge was Dennis Palmer Jr., who rushed for 94 yards and a touchdown.
Martin County's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Jensen Beach, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-2.
Martin County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Jensen Beach will look to defend their home field on November 10th against Rockledge at 7:00 p.m.
