Fayetteville took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They breezed past the Cabot Panthers to the tune of 66-24. With the Bulldogs ahead 36-14 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Fayetteville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Hank Hendrix, who threw for 472 yards and four TDs while picking up 13.5 yards per attempt. Kaleb Johnson helped Hendrix out on the ground, rushing for 121 yards and three scores on only 11 carries.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fayetteville will square off against Broken Arrow at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cabot, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Bentonville West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
