Master's Academy barely beat Port St. Lucie the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Everything went Master's Academy's way against Port St. Lucie on Friday as Master's Academy made off with a 16-7 win. The result was nothing new for the Patriots, who have now won seven matchups by nine runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Luke Bona, who scored four runs and stole Two bases. while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Those four runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Bryce Ciufo, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2.
Master's Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .387. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Meanwhile, Calvary Chapel Academy scored first but ultimately less than Orlando Christian Prep in their contest on Friday. They lost 15-5 to the Warriors.
Calvary Chapel Academy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Conner Wolfe, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-4. Silas Wilson also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
Master's Academy's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Calvary Chapel Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.
Calvary Chapel Academy's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Master's Academy has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .447. It's a different story for Calvary Chapel Academy, though, as they've only averaged .320. Will they be able to contain Master's Academy's hitters?
