The Atlanta Rabbits won the last time they faced the Redwater Dragons, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Atlanta came out on top against Redwater by a score of 56-44.
Despite the loss, Redwater had strong showings from Marquez Jones, who scored 17 points, and Brody Johnson, who scored nine points along with five rebounds. The contest was Jones' eighth in a row with at least ten points.
Atlanta is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. As for Redwater, their loss dropped their record down to 12-5.
Atlanta will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against Rivercrest at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Redwater and Arkansas will round out the year against one another at 11:30 a.m. on December 28th at. Arkansas presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Redwater in their respective states (Arkansas is ranked 167th in Arkansas, while Redwater is ranked 725th in Texas).
