Wallenpaupack Area took a four-goal defeat the last time they faced off against Scranton Prep, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Buckhorns' defense stepped up to hand the Cavaliers a 1-0 shutout on Tuesday. Wallenpaupack Area were shut out 4-0 the last time they took on Scranton Prep, so Wallenpaupack Area were just returning the favor.

Wallenpaupack Area has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2-1 record this season. As for Scranton Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.
