Plano faced North Forney in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 2-1. The Wildcats' defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Plano saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Bella Osborn had 12 digs and three assists. Trinity Ellis also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Plano's defeat dropped their record down to 9-2. As for North Forney, the win keeps them at an undefeated 13-0.
