Steilacoom extended the longest winning streak in 2A SPSL this week by beating North Kitsap, 38-15. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.
Sumner led the league in scoring this week after putting up 38 points on North Mason.
Washington's Jordan Mezias and Victor Gamboa have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Mezias has thrown for 1219 yards this season, while Gamboa, a 5-foot-11 receiver, has 44 catches for 719 yards. Orting's Jaysen Yoro leads the league in rushing yards with 972.
The Cardinals' Yoro is a mere 28 yards away from breaking the 1,000-rushing-yards mark for the season.
