Three Rivers Christian was beaten by Willapa Valley 63-8. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Three Rivers Christian has scored all season.
Willapa Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brody Ritzman, who scored eight points along with six steals. Those six steals set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Aiden Sliva, who scored ten points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Three Rivers Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Willapa Valley, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-2.
Three Rivers Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Washington School for the Deaf at 7:00 p.m. on January 2, 2024. Washington School for the Deaf is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. Willapa Valley will be home for the holidays to greet Firm Foundation Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
