Football Recap: Chris Silvestro Key Part of Team Effort in Hurricanes Win

Palm Harbor University played in-conference for the first time on Friday and got just the result they were looking for. They strolled past the Steinbrenner Warriors with points to spare, taking the game 35-17. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hurricanes.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Palm Harbor University to victory, but perhaps none more so than Chris Silvestro, who threw for 175 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes, and also rushed for 64 yards on only nine carries. The dominant performance also gave Silvestro a new career-high in passer rating (158.6). Palm Harbor University's leading receiver Grahm Pitcock was Silvestro's top target yet again, picking up 123 receiving yards and two scores.
