Stella High Charter Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-6.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Middle College to victory, but perhaps none more so than Caeleb Franklin, who scored 10 points along with 5 steals. Another player making a difference was Jose Moreno, who scored 10 points along with 6 rebounds.
Stella High Charter Academy bumped their record down to 0-3 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Middle College, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stella High Charter Academy is on the road again on Monday and play against Dr. Maya Angelou Community at 4:30 p.m. on December 4th. Dr. Maya Angelou Community is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games. As for Middle College, they will head out on the road to face off against Foshay at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
