Kaila Ignacio posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Friday. She struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up five earned (and four unearned) runs off seven hits. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Holy Names Academy back in April of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock.

Ignacio and West Seattle will head out to take on Bishop Blanchet at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
