 East Lincoln got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Christian Atkins out in front who  went 8 for 11  en route to 21 points and six  assists. Atkins has been hot recently, having also posted two or more  steals the last three times he's  played.  Jaxon Dollar was another key player,  almost  dropping  a double-double on ten  boards and nine  assists.
St. Stephens' defeat was  their sixth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 7-15. As for East Lincoln, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won 12 of their last 15 matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record  this season.
 Coming up, St. Stephens will host Statesville  at 7:45  p.m.  on Tuesday. Statesville is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 67.8  points per game  this season. As for East Lincoln, they will head out to  square off against North Iredell  at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. East Lincoln also hasn't been messing around on offense: they've averaged 74.5  points per game.
