Basketball Recap: Okanogan Piles Up the Points Against Omak

While Okanogan didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They couldn't have asked for a better start to 2025 than the 74-42 blowout they got against the Omak Pioneers. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 32 points or more this season.

Okanogan pushed their record up to 7-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Omak, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Okanogan will square off against Bridgeport at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Omak, they will face off against Cascade at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Omak is facing Cascade at the right time seeing as Cascade is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
