Ashbrook barely beat Berry the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Greenwave were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cardinals on Wednesday. The Greenwave haven't had any issues with the Cardinals recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

One reason for the win was Ashbrook's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-21, 25-15.

The victory got Ashbrook back to even at 1-1. As for Berry, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5.

Looking ahead, Ashbrook will welcome South Point at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Berry, they will head out to take on A.L. Brown at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
