Meanwhile, Wilson Academy's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They fell 68-60 to Legacy Early College. While losing is never fun, Wilson Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps's basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 86th in Georgia, while Legacy Early College is ranked 23rd in South Carolina).
Hargrave Military Academy has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-5 record this season. As for Wilson Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 15-9.
