The Wakefield Warriors lost against the Alexandria City Titans back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Wakefield fell 50-43 to Alexandria City.
It was another big night for Kye Robinson, who dropped a double-double on 28 points and 11 rebounds for Alexandria City. That makes it four consecutive games in which Robinson has scored at least 25% of Alexandria City's points. Another player making a difference was Darius Bivins, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and five steals.
Wakefield's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Alexandria City, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
Wakefield will head out on the road to face off against Westfield at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Alexandria City won't have much time to rest: their next match is against National Christian Academy at 9:00 p.m. on December 16th.
