The Fort Lupton Bluedevils scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Sheridan 95-21 on the road. Fort Lupton has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 20 points or more this season.
Fort Lupton got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Javon Gonzales out in front who scored 19 points along with seven assists and seven rebounds. Gonzales has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 13 times he's played. Shane Callahan was another key contributor, scoring 25 points along with two steals.
Fort Lupton pushed their record up to 17-2 with that win, which was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Sheridan, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-16.
Fort Lupton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 72-28 victory vs. The Pinnacle on the 8th. Sheridan has also already played their next contest, a 92-26 defeat against DSST: Montview on the 8th.
