The Lewiston Bengals''s game on Friday was all tied up 10-10 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 29-16 hit to the loss column at the hands of Coeur d'Alene. Lewiston was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Coeur d'Alene apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2022.
Coeur d'Alene's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Owen Harris led the charge by rushing for 118 yards and a touchdown. Coeur d'Alene also got help from Jamison Kizziar who showed off his sure hands for 115 receiving yards.
Lewiston now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Coeur d'Alene, the win was the fourth in a row for they, bringing their record for this year to 7-2.
Lewiston does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Coeur d'Alene is also done with their season.
