Regis waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Colfax Vikings by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Ramblers also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2018.
Maya Ridenour paced Regis' offense, picking up seven kills. Ridenour got some help from Izzy Reichert and her 21 assists. Ashlee Dykess controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
Regis' win bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Colfax, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
Regis has already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Columbus Catholic on the 6th. As for Colfax, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Durand-Arkansaw at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th.
