Springville's rock-solid pitchers showed up for the team's fourth consecutive shutout on Saturday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Corner Yellow Jackets a 10-0 shutout. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 36 games by six runs or more this season.

Springville pushed their record up to 46-4-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.1 runs on average over those games. As for Corner, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-24-1.

Springville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Corner, they will take on Moody at 10:45 a.m. on the 5th. The Blue Devils will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something the Yellow Jackets surely won't give up without a fight.
