Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brinley BMuller, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-1. BMuller has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played. Sophia Caronna also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 5-4. As for Riverside Academy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-3.
