After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three contests, Seymour finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They lost 19-0 to the Windthorst Trojans. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Seymour saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Colton McGough, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Seymour's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Windthorst, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

While Seymour had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
